Process introduction: Thermal storage combustion technology is suitable for the treatment of high-temperature VOCs waste gas and high concentration VOCs waste gas from drying processes such as electrophoresis, spraying, and adhesive coating in the coating process. Using combustion methods to convert VOCs in exhaust gas into substances such as carbon dioxide and water, and utilizing thermal storage to accumulate and utilize the heat generated by combustion. The RTO combustion chamber temperature used by automotive industry enterprises should be controlled at 700-850 ℃, and the residence time should be greater than 1.0 s. The VOCs removal efficiency of two chamber RTO can generally reach over 90%, and the VOCs removal efficiency of three chamber and above RTO and rotary RTO can generally reach over 95%. When the concentration of VOCs is between 1500 and 3000 mg/m3, there is generally no need to replenish fuel. When the concentration of VOCs is greater than 3000 mg/m3, excess heat can be recovered for production. The typical governance technology routes adopted by automobile industry enterprises are "circulating air+RTO" and "adsorption/desorption concentration+RTO". The technical parameters of the thermal storage combustion device should meet the relevant requirements of HJ 1093. When the concentration of particulate matter in the exhaust gas is high, regular blowing should be carried out. When the exhaust gas contains viscous substances, high-temperature combustion should be carried out regularly to promote the burning of viscous substances.
