I. General regulations

2. It is strictly forbidden to operate electrophoresis equipment in a humid environment to prevent current conduction and equipment damage.

3. The body must be kept stable during operation, and it is strictly forbidden to shuttle or run to avoid external accidents.

4. You must concentrate on the operation, and it is strictly forbidden to joke, joke or be distracted by other things, so as not to affect the safety of operation.

5. Gloves with metal or sharp objects must not be used during operation to avoid electric shock or stabbing yourself.

6. It is strictly forbidden to leave the equipment when it is turned on. If you need to leave, you must turn off the equipment and pull down the main switch.

7. The operator must be familiar with the equipment's switches, control panels, emergency buttons, etc., so that they can take quick measures in an emergency.

II. Electrophoresis tank operation regulations.

1. Before operating the electrophoresis tank, it is necessary to check whether the equipment and working environment meet the safety requirements, especially whether there are abnormalities in the power supply, electrophoresis liquid tank and other components.

2. During operation, do not touch or approach high-voltage components such as the dispenser, electrodes, and power supply to avoid electric shock.

3. Do not put your fingers or other objects into the electrophoresis tank to avoid touching the electrolyte and causing electric shock or corrosion damage.

4. Before operation, check whether the electrophoresis tank and the electrode are in good contact to ensure that the electrophoresis liquid can be evenly applied to the surface of the workpiece.

5. When cleaning the electrophoresis tank, you must first disconnect the power supply and wait until the electrolyte in the tank stops moving completely before operating.

6. The operator must clean and dry the gloves and work clothes before operating the electrophoresis tank to avoid a large number of bubbles or other abnormal conditions.
