The process flow is as follows: pre degreasing, main degreasing, water washing, pure water washing, silane, pure water washing, automatic water blowing, electrophoresis, UF0-UF1, pure water washing, fresh pure water washing, automatic water blowing, one drop of water, electrophoresis curing, cooling, powder spraying, paint curing, and natural cooling. Main structure and components:

1. Composition of pre-processing equipment

Pre treatment includes shed body, liquid storage tank body, spray system, tank liquid circulation and mixing system, tank liquid heating and temperature control system, exhaust system, water blowing device, and supporting waste gas treatment system. The exhaust gas recovery system complies with national standards and is discharged after passing through the cyclone tower equipment.

2. Composition of powder spraying equipment

The powder spraying room includes the powder spraying room body, air supply and exhaust system, two-stage powder recovery system, lighting system, etc. The process of the recycling system is that the powder that has not been powdered during the spraying of the workpiece enters the recycling system, and is separated by the rotation of the large cyclone, so that the relatively large powder does not settle into the lower recycling powder bucket. After passing through the recycling tree pump, it enters the vibrating screen, and the screened powder enters the powder bucket for secondary use. The remaining powder will enter the secondary recycling through the air outlet at the top of the large cyclone, and be separated by standardized filtration. The clean air is discharged outdoors or in the operation workshop. The powder is blown back by pulse and enters the lower secondary recycling powder bucket, achieving the recycling effect.
